The suite of Artist INC professional development programming is an initiative of Mid-America Arts Alliance. Artist INC Express is a nine- our intensive workshop created to address the professional and entrepreneurial challenges that artists of all disciplines face. Led by professional artists, Artist INC Express is designed to focus participants on learning the most essential skills from the core Artist INC Live program in a compact time frame.

Each workshop series has a maximum of twenty participants, enabling high participation in activities and discussions. Open to artists of any discipline, participants will be selected through an open registration process. Registrants involved in this workshop will be provided with materials for the program such as workbooks and other training materials required for the program.

If you would like to know more about this excellent program before the call, kindly visit their website at: https://artistinc.art/ .

We are looking for artists, creatives, and culture bearers, at all stages of their career, and professional artists whose career has plateaued, or a promising recent graduate, with an emphasis placed on outreach to our more remote areas. We will work with regional arts councils, libraries, and UNM Small Business Development Centers to provide internet access where needed so that all the selected attendees can participate.

We are actively looking for referrals for this program. Do you know of a particular talent in your field that could benefit from this incredible opportunity to receive career coaching? We want to know who they are. Please jump onto this call to get the full picture of this offering.

M-AAA encourages those who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC); LGBTQ+; and/or disabled to register and participate.
