25% Film Production Tax Rebate
New Mexico offers a 25% tax rebate on all film production expenditures that are subject to taxation by the State of New Mexico. This is a refund, not a credit. This includes the use of New Mexico musicians and composers hired onto a film project for work that is performed in the state.
